We will complete project design this fall. The right-of-way acquisition process will begin when design is nearly done. A right-of-way agent will notify property owners and work with them to obtain necessary right-of-way and/or easements. Construction is planned for spring 2022 through summer 2023, depending on the completion of design and the right-of-way process.
