We will complete project design this fall. The right-of-way acquisition process will begin when design is nearly done. A right-of-way agent will notify property owners and work with them to obtain necessary right-of-way and/or easements. More information is available in the Acquiring Land for Highways and Other Public Projects brochure.
Construction is planned for spring 2022 through summer 2023, depending on the completion of design and the right-of-way process.
